COMME des GARÇONS Melbourne offers returns on full-priced items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, fragrances, underwear, and swimwear are strictly ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact and untampered.

  Dispatch the Shipment

  Send your return via a trackable courier service to our Melbourne store address; we recommend purchasing insurance as the package remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the items for quality assurance and process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
